A new method to analyze nanopesticides

With collaborators at U. de Montreal and McGill, we published a new method for the analysis of nanoencapsulated pesticides. The results indicated that the presence of the nanoencapsulants had significant effects on the solvent extraction and the quantification of the active pesticide ingredients. Therefore, specific analytical methods are needed to explore the fate of nanoencapsulated pesticides.
